I design Power BI dashboards, build KPI frameworks, and analyze processes to cut inefficiencies and improve decision-making. My work spans customer segmentation, cohort analysis, retention systems, and marketing performance reporting (including Meta Ads), plus data cleaning and ETL for messy or inconsistent datasets.

I'm certified in data analytics through Google, Cisco, and ALX Africa, and I hold a B.Sc. in Communication and Public Relations, which shows up in how I translate technical findings into reports and presentations that non-technical stakeholders actually understand and act on.

Work Terms

Availability: Remote, flexible hours across time zones. Response time within 24 hours on business days.

Scope: All project details, deliverables, and timelines are confirmed in writing before work begins. Revisions and milestones are agreed upfront via Guru's WorkRoom.

Payment: Fixed-price or hourly, secured through SafePay. For fixed-price projects, work begins after milestone funding is in place. For hourly projects, time is tracked and shared transparently.

Communication: I provide regular status updates at agreed intervals and flag any blockers early rather than at deadline.

Confidentiality: Client data and business information are handled discreetly and are never shared or reused outside the scope of the engagement.

Revisions: Minor revisions are included; scope changes beyond the original brief are quoted separately before starting.
