I have been a virtual customer service representative for the past 4 years at a very popular financial institution and also an extremely popular retailing company. During this tenure i was both an inbound and outbound representative.

over the past years I have developed my skills more in dealing with various personality types of person as well as ethnicity. This has taught me how to build relationship with individuals on a whole different professional level,which i am grateful for.

I am a fun, loving and jovial young lady who believes that nothing is impossible to achieve. i just have to continue with the same mindset and put in the work and i am totally prepared for it.

Work Terms

I can work based on clients time. My preferred method of communication is by email. the payment method can be through cheque or bank account deposit.
