Turning raw data into clear, actionable insights through interactive dashboards and smart analytics.

I'm a Data Analyst passionate about transforming messy data into meaningful stories. My journey started with Excel and led me to Power BI, where I build interactive dashboards that help businesses make better decisions.

I recently completed my first HR Analytics dashboard project, creating 15+ DAX columns and 3 interactive pages to analyze employee demographics, attrition patterns, and risk factors. I love the problem-solving side of data—figuring out what questions to ask and how to answer them visually.

Outside of data, I enjoy learning new tools, solving puzzles, and finding patterns in everyday life. I believe every dataset has a story waiting to be told.
