Business Hours: 8 AM to 6 PM local time zones (Pacific Standard Time - PST, China Standard Time - CST) Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

After Hours Support: 6 PM to 8 AM weekdays and 24/7 weekend support provided by our Network Operations Center (NOC).
