Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams, coordinating technical, QA/QC, HSE, and environmental documentation. I manage Shop Drawings, IFC Drawings, Snag Drawings, BIM submissions, RFIs, technical transmittals, MIRS, WIRs, ITPs, NCRs, Method Statements, and more, using tools like Aconex, ProjectWise, SharePoint, and MS Office. Work Terms

🕒 Hours of Operation
Sunday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Saudi Arabia Time, GMT +3)
Friday – Saturday: Off (available for urgent messages if needed)
Flexible for remote clients across different time zones

💰 Payment Terms

Hourly Projects: Payment per hour via Guru WorkRoom
Fixed-Price Projects: 50% upfront, 50% upon completion (negotiable depending on project scope)
Long-Term Projects: Monthly billing option available
All payments handled securely via Guru’s platform
Transparent tracking of hours and deliverables
