About

Walmart Seller Center account manager. Listings, Walmart SEO, flat file uploads, Walmart Connect PPC, WFS, and inventory for US brands. $1M+ ad spend managed. Sponsored Products Certified.

I have been managing Walmart Seller Center accounts since 2019. The brands I work with are usually at one of three stages:

• Launching a new Walmart store
• Restoring an account that has lost rankings or hit suppressions
• Scaling an established account that needs an operator running it day to day.

The day-to-day work, by area:

Listings and Walmart SEO. I write and optimize Walmart product listings—titles, descriptions, key features, attributes, and backend search terms—using keyword research from Helium 10, Data Spark, and Walmart's own search data. I build A+ Content / Enhanced Brand Content layouts, manage main image and lifestyle photography requirements, and improve Listing Quality Scores so items qualify for better placement and Buy Box.

Catalog and flat file management. I handle bulk uploads through Walmart's flat file templates for catalogs ranging from a handful of SKUs to several thousand. This includes attribute completion, category mapping, error troubleshooting, and migration from Amazon, Shopify, or other channels into Walmart's structure.

Walmart Connect advertising. I run Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and DSP campaigns. The work covers campaign architecture, keyword harvesting, bid management, negative keyword cleanup, dayparting, and weekly optimization against ACoS and ROAS targets. Cumulative ad spend across the accounts I have managed is over $1M.

Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS). WFS account setup, inbound shipment planning, replenishment forecasting, prep and labeling compliance, and managing the SF-to-WFS transition where it makes financial sense.

Inventory, pricing, and Buy Box. Stock planning, repricing logic, Buy Box monitoring, and promotional planning around Walmart's seasonal events (Deals events, Rollbacks, Walmart+ Week).

Account health and operations. Listing suppressions, item disputes, growth opportunity tickets, policy violation appeals, customer service oversight, and review migration from external sites onto Walmart listings.

How I work:

I start with an account audit covering listings, ads, inventory, and account health, so I understand the actual state of the store before making changes. From the audit I build a 30 / 60 / 90-day plan with clear priorities, then execute and report weekly. Most of my engagements are monthly retainers because Walmart accounts need consistent attention, not one-off fixes.

Walmart Certifications:

• Walmart Sponsored Products
• Walmart DSP

A few practical notes that usually come up early:

• I work directly. No subcontracting and no agency layer between you and the work.
• Available during US business hours when the engagement requires real-time coordination.
• I respond to messages within 12 to 24 hours on weekdays.
• Happy to sign an NDA before sharing credentials.
• I do not promise specific sales numbers. Walmart performance depends on too many variables outside any one person's control, and overpromising is the fastest way to ruin a working relationship.

Work Terms

Engagement type: Monthly retainers (preferred) and project-based work for clearly scoped tasks like listing optimization, flat file uploads, or ad campaign setup.

Hours: Available during US business hours when the engagement requires real-time coordination. For asynchronous work, I respond within 12 to 24 hours on weekdays.

Communication: Slack, email, and others for walkthroughs. Weekly written status reports for retainer clients. Monthly strategy reviews.

Reporting: All work is documented in a shared Google Sheet or Notion page so the client always has visibility on what has been done, what is in progress, and what is queued.

Payment: Milestone payments through Guru SafePay for project work. Monthly invoicing through SafePay for retainers. I do not request advances or off-platform payments.

Tools I work with: Walmart Seller Center, Walmart Connect, Helium 10, Data Spark, Sellbrite (for review migration), and standard Google Workspace tools.

Scope changes: If the scope of a retainer expands significantly mid-month, I flag it and we agree on the new scope before I continue. No surprise overages.

Confidentiality: I am happy to sign an NDA before any account credentials or strategy is shared. I do not share client data or use it for case studies without written permission.

What I do not do: I do not subcontract Walmart work, I do not run black-hat tactics (fake reviews, manipulation, listing hijacking, etc.), and I do not promise specific sales numbers — Walmart performance depends on too many variables outside any one person's control.
