Work Terms
Communication:
Available via Guru WorkRoom message board. I respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
Payment Terms:
I prefer using SafePay on Guru. Standard terms for fixed-price projects are 25-50% upfront milestone deposit to begin work, and the remaining upon final project completion and approval. Hourly projects are billed weekly through Guru's tracking system.
Revisions:
Every project includes up to 6 rounds of revisions during the design phase to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the final outcome. Additional revisions can be accommodated at an hourly rate.
Deliverables:
Final source files (e.g., AI, PSD, Figma, PDF, PNG, SVG) will be handed over immediately upon final payment release. Full ownership rights transfer to the client upon completion.
