Work Terms

To maintain elite visual standards and lock in a streamlined workflow, the following technical terms are strictly applied to all contracts:

1. Duration Limit: Standard rates apply strictly to short-form vertical assets (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, Ads) with a maximum duration of 60 seconds per video asset.
2. Baseline Footage Quality: Source files must be original master exports (minimum 1080p). Highly degraded, compressed files downloaded from messaging apps (such as WhatsApp downloads) are not accepted, as they lack the pixel data required for true 4K reconstruction.
3. Technical Revisions: Every asset includes up to 2 rounds of technical adjustments (limited to fine-tuning edge sharpening, color mapping, and exposure parameters). Structural re-editing, script changes, or altering cinematic cuts are outside the scope.
4. Delivery Turnaround: Maximum 5-hour technical turnaround time per asset once production begins.
5. Payment Terms: 100% payment must be secured via Safepay before technical production begins to secure your priority delivery slot.
