I am a seasoned Polymer Engineer that deliever quality services about materials, reverse engineering, chemical formulations and all polymer related task

I am a Certified Polymer Engineer accredited by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with over five years of experience in polymer research, product development, material characterization, and process optimization. During my career, I have worked extensively on polymer formulations, performance enhancement, troubleshooting, and commercialization of polymer-based products.

My research expertise led to the publication of the paper titled "Effect of Hybridization Approach on Mechanical Performance of Jute-Hemp/Epoxy Hybrid Composite Laminates" in the internationally recognized Journal of Natural Fibers. I also contributed to a PKR 20 million project involving the design and development of an industrial-scale electrospinning machine for advanced nanofiber production.

My technical expertise covers polymer processing technologies including injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, electrospinning, and 3D printing. I specialize in polymer composites, nanocomposites, biopolymers, biodegradable packaging, membrane technologies, advanced material development, and polymer synthesis.

I am experienced in a wide range of characterization and testing techniques, including SEM, TEM, AFM, FTIR, XRD, UV-Visible spectroscopy, GPC, HPLC, GC-MS, DSC, TGA, DMA, rheology, and mechanical testing. I can assist with material analysis, data interpretation, product optimization, and technical reporting.

In addition to research and development, I provide support for polymer product development, industrial troubleshooting, process optimization, masterbatch formulation, paint and rubber industry challenges, and additive manufacturing applications.
