Work Terms
Availability and Communication:
I’m typically available for more than 30 hours per week, and I prioritize clear and consistent communication throughout our work together. I prefer daily updates through the Guru messaging system, with scheduled voice or video calls for project kick-offs and key milestones. I’m also flexible enough to adjust my schedule to match different client time zones, ensuring smooth collaboration no matter where you’re located.
Payment and Process:
For all projects, I use the Guru SafePay system to provide a secure, transparent, and reliable process from start to finish.
Project Rate: My current hourly rate is $10.00, reflecting my expertise with the MERN stack and Next.js.
Hourly Projects: Time is tracked transparently within the Guru Workroom, so you can easily track progress and hours worked.
Fixed-Price Projects: Milestones will be clearly defined, and payments will be made via SafePay before each phase begins.
