Hours of Operation
We operate from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST. Since we work with clients across different time zones, we offer flexible availability for urgent requirements, important meetings, or milestone reviews. Our team ensures project continuity and can adjust schedules to match client business hours when necessary.
Payment Terms
We offer flexible payment structures—project-based, milestone-based, or hourly contracts—depending on the client’s needs. For new collaborations, we typically request an upfront advance or milestone-based payments to ensure security on both sides. All payments are processed through trusted platforms like Upwork, Guru, Fiverr ensuring convenience and safety. Invoices are shared with a clear task breakdown, so clients always know exactly what they are paying for.
Preferred Communication
Communication is at the heart of our working style. We are available via Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Skype, or any other platform preferred by the client. We provide regular updates, weekly or bi-weekly progress reports, and quick responses to messages (within 12–24 hours). For urgent concerns, we prioritize faster responses to keep everything on track.

We follow a client-first, agile-based approach that ensures transparency and timely delivery. Every project starts with a clear plan: defined deliverables, timelines, and expectations.
