Hours of Operation:
I generally work Monday through Saturday, with availability between 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (your local time can be accommodated as needed). I understand that clients are often in different time zones, so I remain flexible and adjust my schedule to ensure smooth collaboration. Urgent requests or rush projects can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

Payment Terms:
I prefer using Guru’s SafePay system for security and transparency for both sides. Depending on the scope of the project, I usually set clear milestones so clients can see progress before making payments. For smaller projects (like a single HTML email signature), I typically request full payment upon completion and approval. For larger projects (web development, ad campaigns, or SEO packages), I recommend milestone payments to make the process easy, fair, and transparent.

Communication Style:
Open and timely communication is key to successful projects. I prefer using Guru’s messaging system for official updates, but I am also comfortable with email, Zoom/Google Meet, or chat tools if needed for faster collaboration. I always aim to respond within 24 hours or less to client messages, often much sooner. Clear updates, progress reports, and check-ins are a normal part of how I work, so clients always know the status of their project.
