Work Terms

𝗛𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

Our standard working hours are:

• Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM PKT
• Limited availability on weekends for urgent matters only
• Public holidays may affect response times

For international clients, we ensure overlap hours for smooth collaboration.

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝘆𝗹𝗲

We follow a structured and transparent communication approach:

• Primary channels: Slack, ClickUp or Client’s preferred tool
• Daily/weekly progress updates provided based on project scope
• Important discussions documented in writing for clarity
• Video calls scheduled in advance whenever possible

We prioritise clear, concise & solution focused communication.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲

Typical response times:

• Working hours: within 2-4 hours
• After hours: next business day
• Critical issues: handled on priority basis

𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗺𝘀

Our payment structure is as follows:

• Milestone based payments for larger projects
• Monthly retainer invoiced at the start of each cycle
• Late payments may pause work until cleared

All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

𝗦𝗰𝗼𝗽𝗲 & 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀

To maintain efficiency:

• Work is delivered based on agreed scope
• Any additional requests are treated as change requests
• Changes may impact timeline and cost

We always provide clear estimates before proceeding.

• Deliverables are shared upon milestone completion
• Minor bug fixes included within agreed period
• Ongoing improvements handled via retainer
