AVAILABILITY:
Available Monday to Sunday 24/7. I typically respond to all messages within 2 to 4 hours
during working hours.
COMMUNICATION:
I prefer clear and detailed project briefs before starting any
work. The more information you share about your goals, target
audience, and brand guidelines the better and faster I can
deliver results.
PROJECT KICK-OFF:
Every project starts with a detailed discussion to understand your
exact requirements, timeline, and expected deliverables. I do not
start work until both parties are fully aligned on scope and goals.
REVISIONS:
I offer reasonable revisions on all projects to ensure you are
100% satisfied with the final output. Revision scope is defined
at the start of each project.
PAYMENT TERMS:
Milestone-based payments preferred for long-term projects
50% upfront for new clients on larger projects
Full payment upfront for small one-time tasks
