1. Project Scope
I will provide professional graphic design and illustration services according to the agreed project brief, requirements, specifications, and deliverables. Any work outside the original scope may require an additional fee and/or revised deadline.
2. Project Requirements
The client is responsible for providing all necessary text, images, logos, references, dimensions, brand guidelines, and other required materials before the project begins. Delays in receiving required materials may affect the delivery schedule.
3. Design & Creative Direction
I will create original, professional designs based on the agreed requirements. I welcome reasonable creative feedback and will work closely with the client to achieve the desired result.
4. Revisions
The project includes a reasonable number of revisions as agreed in the project proposal. Revisions should relate to the original brief. Major changes, completely new concepts, or changes to the original requirements may be considered additional work.
5. Delivery
Final files will be delivered in the agreed formats, such as AI, PSD, EPS, PDF, SVG, PNG, JPG, or other formats specified in the project agreement.
6. Source / Editable Files
Editable/source files will be provided when included in the agreed project scope. If source files are not included in the original agreement, they may be provided for an additional fee.
7. Copyright & Ownership
