Work Terms

Hours of Operation: I am available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM in the client's timezone. I generally respond to all inquiries within 1 – 2 hours during these times.

Communication Style: I prefer using Guru’s message center for all project-related monitoring to ensure we have a clear paper trail. I am also available for scheduled Zoom or Skype calls for initial project briefings.

Payment Terms: For larger projects, I typically request a 25% upfront deposit via Guru SafePay, with the remainder split into agreed-upon milestones. For smaller tasks, 100% SafePay funding is required before work begins.
