Work Terms
1. Scope of Work
All project requirements must be clearly defined before the start of work. Any additional tasks outside the agreed scope will be treated as a separate request and may incur additional charges.
2. Communication
All communication will be conducted through Guru.com for transparency and record-keeping.
I am available Monday to Friday, with limited availability on weekends.
Response time: within 24 hours.
3. Payment Terms
Projects will be divided into milestones.
Work will begin only after the milestone is funded and SafePay is secured.
Final delivery will be provided once the final milestone is released.
4. Revisions
Reasonable revisions are included based on the original requirements.
Major changes or new requirements after approval may require a new milestone.
5. Delivery Time
Timelines will be agreed upon before starting the project.
Delays caused by lack of client response or unclear requirements may affect delivery schedules.
6. Confidentiality
All client information, data, and project details will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third party.
7. Quality Assurance
I ensure high-quality work aligned with industry standards, especially in network security, infrastructure, and IT solutions.
8. Support & Maintenance
Limited post-delivery support will be provided (duration to be agreed upon).
Ongoing support or maintenance will require a separate agreement.
9. Cancellation Policy
If a project is cancelled midway, payment will be required for the work completed up to that point.
Refunds will not be issued for completed milestones.
10. Ownership
Full ownership of the work will be transferred to the client upon full payment.
