Work Terms

• Communication:
I respond within 1–3 hours during working days. All project communication will be clear, organized, and documented inside the Guru WorkRoom.

• Project Process:
1. Requirements + brief confirmation
2. Initial concepts delivered within 24–48 hours
3. Revisions based on feedback
4. Final delivery in all required formats (PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, MP4, Figma…)

• Payment Terms:
Payments will be released through SafePay. Each milestone must be funded before work begins.

• Revisions:
All packages include reasonable revisions to ensure the client's satisfaction, as long as they remain within the agreed project scope.

• Availability:
I can take 10–20 hours of freelance work weekly. For urgent tasks, please notify me in advance.

• Files & Ownership:
Final approved designs become fully owned by the client. Source files (AI, PSD, Figma) are provided when included in the package.

• Professional Standards:
I deliver premium-quality work, fast turnaround, and clear communication from start to finish. No project is marked as completed until the client is fully satisfied.
