1. Payment: A 50% upfront payment is required to initiate the project. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before the final deliverables are provided.
2. Scope of Work: The scope of the project, including deliverables and timelines, will be defined and agreed upon in a project proposal or contract before work begins.
3. Revisions: A specified number of revisions (e.g., two rounds of revisions) is included in the project fee. Additional revisions beyond this scope may incur extra charges.
4. Communication: Clear and prompt communication is essential. I am available via (naeem.shahzad0093@gmail.com) during 12 hours for updates and feedback.
5. Materials: Clients are responsible for providing any necessary materials, such as text, images, or branding guidelines, unless otherwise agreed upon.
6. Copyright: Upon full payment, the client will have full ownership of the final design. Any preliminary concepts or drafts remain the property of the designer.
7. Confidentiality: I respect client confidentiality and will not share or disclose project details without permission.
8. Timeline: Timelines are project-specific and will be outlined in the project proposal or contract. Timely feedback and approvals from the client are essential to meeting deadlines.
