Work Terms

Project Scope: Defined per package; additional work beyond agreed scope may require a new estimate. Revisions: Included as specified in each package; additional revisions billed hourly. Hours of Operation: Flexible hours; typical response time within 24–48 hours. Preferred Communication: DSI.design@outlook.com (primary), optional video calls if needed. Delivery: Project timelines begin upon receiving all required materials and inputs from the client. Payment Terms: 50% upfront, 50% upon delivery, unless otherwise agreed. Payment accepted via standard online methods (bank transfer). Ownership & Rights: Client retains full rights to all content delivered; I retain the right to showcase anonymized work for portfolio purposes. Confidentiality: All course content and materials are treated as confidential and will not be shared outside the project.
