Work Terms
Hours of Operation:
Standard Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (IST) | Monday – Saturday.
US Alignment: I am available for meetings and urgent updates during early US Eastern Time (EST) hours to ensure seamless collaboration.
Payment Terms:
Secure Payments: I prefer working through Guru SafePay for client peace of mind.
Flexible Billing: I am open to Fixed-Price Milestones (for specific projects like tax filing) or Hourly Billing (for ongoing bookkeeping).
Retainers: Monthly retainer options are available for long-term accounting support.
Communication Style:
Primary: Guru WorkRoom for all project tracking and official communication.
Secondary: I am available for scheduled video consultations via Zoom or Google Meet to discuss complex financial reports or tax planning.
Updates: Expect regular progress reports (weekly or bi-weekly) to stay updated on your financial status.
