I'm just a nineteen year old in desperate need of a job!

I have two years worth of customer service experience. It is due to this experience that I am able to converse and communicate with all kinds of people in a friendly and respectful manner, regardless of their attitude towards me. I am a quick problem solver and able to resolve solutions on the spot. Working in a competitive retail store, I've has to up sell many products as part of my job. I've learnt how to target certain products toward specific people. How to get people to purchase more items. I do this by informing them of the other products the store has to offer which coincides or is similar to what they are already going to purchase. Such as when I have a person buying a foundation, I always make sure to inform them of the importance of also having a good concealer to apply on top of the foundation. As well as having a powder to finish off the base makeup to create a flawless look. And who doesn't want flawless makeup?

I'm always up to date with the latest trends, especially the ones on social media. I am part of the generation that is mostly target to purchase things through social media. Thus I am able to give ideas and put insight on what will get my generations attentions.

I personally love social media and I think it's one of the greatest way to advertise. It's easy and efficient and convenient! Because I use it so much, I consider myself to be a social media expert. I may not have a degree in advertising or marketing, but I know what i'm doing!

This is part due to owning a small business. I have a small eyelash extensions business. I have had to market and advertise my business through social media to attract clients. I have also had to post daily content and make interactive content to attract clients. I know how to specially advertise to a target audience as I have to do the same thing for my own business to flourish.
