Expert and technical writer/editor
Hi folks! My background is in coding, but my passion is writing. I have wide experience over the IT and marketing industries, in Australia, the UK, and US. I spent over a decade working full-time as a technical writer. Then I turned to freelancing, and branched out into content creation and marketing. This gave me a breadth of experience that you don't often see, and it enables me to bring extra nerdiness to copywriting or pull some customer-focused plain speaking into a company's technical knowledge base.
If you need some case studies written - especially if they're centred around tech - this is an area in which I shine. I've put together case studies and white papers for Citrix and Microsoft solutions, among others.
I've worked on a number of cloud solutions (SaaS, IaaS, etc), and can find my way around almost any application. While I'm great at producing standard user guides and the like, I also have a creative side. If you're struggling to engage your users in novel ways, I can help.
