For 12 years I have been working as a lawyer and real estate agent in Russia. The combination of paperwork related to properties and customer service became my passion. Due to that huge experience I’m very attentive to details, well organized, orientated to client's satisfaction.
My interest to business planning and managing allowed me to work with business expansion projects for Nike&Puma in 2008 in Russia. This job involved evaluation of properties suitable for new retail store, assessment of site feasibility, competitive analysis, lease negotiations and further control of launched store to ensure the best value is obtained. So, I became sort of project manager for retail store openings.
In 2010 I proceed my carrier in Turkey for retail chain named BESSINI Woman Apparel which were developing as a franchisor. I started as key account manager strengthening relationships with clients and future franchisees from Russia, Kuwait, France, USA, Australia. At the beginning this job included the compiling of commercial bilingual agreements, wholesales, shipping of goods, warehousing, inventory control and following ups. Later I led the retail store opening projects in those countries, delivering results on time, within budget, and to the highest specification.
In 2013 my family have moved to USA and owned limo company. I undertook for organizing of the business process and marketing and performed a wide variety of supervisory activities.
Negotiating difficult decisions is one of my core strengths. My outgoing and friendly nature and language fluency allow me to interact with people easily. I speak Russian, Turkish and English. I'm a good learner, stable for any difficulties, multi-task in a chaotic environment, good at prioritizing things.
