Hours of Operation
I’m in the zone Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. I typically use my weekends to recharge my social battery and hang out with my cat, so any messages received then will get my full attention first thing Monday morning.

Communication Style
As a professional introvert, I’ve found that "live" calls are basically my kryptonite. I’m much more articulate and efficient via chat. Plus, keeping our conversation in writing means we both have a clear record of every detail, and it saves me from the inevitable "hiding under my desk" that comes with an impromptu Zoom invite!

Payment Terms
To keep things moving smoothly, I require a 50% deposit to kick off new projects, with the balance due upon delivery of the final draft. For ongoing monthly collaborations, I’m happy to move to a flat-rate billing cycle every two weeks.
