Work Terms
Neebal follows an agile approach for every project.
Neebal team will start an engagement by first understanding the high-level requirements of the client.
After understanding the requirement, Neebal team will submit an approach and proposal document.
Neebal team will create the sprint plan once a mutual agreement is made on the scope.
Based on sprint plan regular releases(bi-weekly) will be given to the client.
Neebal will provide a 30-day free support post-UAT sign off
AMC to be charged at 20% per year
Payment terms as follows:
50% Advance payment
50% equally split across end of each sprint
Applicable taxes will be levied on the above proposal value
Change in requirements will follow the change request management process
and the effort estimation will be charged separately
