3) Project planning with various milestones and final date, resource planning.
4) UI Design, Architecture, Technology, Platforms finalization.
5) Daily/Weekly/Monthly updates to client with a link of the project hosted on our staging server for review and testing.
6) Weekly/ Monthly project meeting and demonstration with client.
7) Testing and Bug fixing for Quality Assurance. (Our testing team do testing on every milestone deliverable.)
8) Full completion of a project.
