I am working as a customer service representative for the past 9 years. I worked for Home Shopping Network USA for a year, joined T-Mobile U.K. for 4 years and Pitney Bowes U.K. for 2 years in Sitel. After 7 years of working in an office based environment I decided to work home based as a freelancer. I handled product, sales, billing, technical, escalations, chat, email support and data entry. I am hardworking, motivated, experienced and with excellent skills in speaking and writing the English language and with a reliable internet connection.
Work Terms
I am available 40 hours per week or more and preferred payment is through Paypal.
