Work Terms
8 AM - 5 PM - Monday - Friday. Frequent, fluent and flexible communication with customers tailored to their needs through channels that work best for them - email, IM, slack, basecamp, phone. We ensure our clients are always up to date as tot he status of their work. What has been accomplished thus far and what we are working on for them. Usually clients are able to login and test drive a pilot of the implementation themselves. Clients are most welcome to also reach out with questions about status of the work product and we ensure quick response (2 hour max response time) from our development team. Any special communication needs can be discussed and worked on a case by case basis.
