Work Terms
Hours of Operation:
I am available from Tuesday to Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time. Outside of these hours, I check messages periodically and will respond as soon as possible.
Payment Terms:
I prefer fixed-rate projects but am open to hourly engagements depending on the project scope and duration. Payments should be processed through Guru.com's SafePay system for mutual security and ease. For projects exceeding $500, I request a 50% deposit before the commencement of work, with the balance due upon project completion. For ongoing consulting services, I bill bi-weekly or monthly, based on our agreement.
Communication:
All official communication should be conducted through Guru.com’s messaging platform to ensure clarity and record-keeping.
For detailed discussions or urgent matters, I am available for recorded calls or video conferences scheduled in advance during my operating hours.
Project Delivery:
I adhere to agreed-upon deadlines and provide regular updates on project progress. Any changes in scope or timelines will be communicated promptly, and adjustments will be made with your approval.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel a project, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits for cancelled projects are non-refundable.
