I'm Nelly, a BIM Architect and Designer with over 6 years of experience delivering high-quality architectural and interior design solutions, detailed construction drawings, and fully coordinated BIM models. Skilled in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM 360, I provide end-to-end support from concept through construction.
My services include architectural modeling, interior design, Revit family creation, CAD drafting, and LOD development (100–400). I collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to transform 2D drawings into accurate, data-rich 3D models that improve design precision, streamline workflows, and minimize on-site issues.

Work Terms
My main title will be BIM Architect, I'll be responsible for creating all architectural drawings as a model and drafting to create the preferred package (from schematic to Tender or Permit ready packages) all will be ready for construction.
My preferred working hours will be 20-30 hrs/week. I work flexible hours and will be accessible most of the time.
