Work Terms
Freelance Work Terms Agreement
1. Scope of Work:
The scope of work includes Content writing and Grant writing, to be completed within the agreed-upon timeframe.
2. Payment Terms:
Payment will be per project via preffered payment method. A 50% upfront payment is required before commencing work.
3. Timeline:
The project timeline is as follows depends on the project size and quantity. Timely completion is essential for both parties.
4. Communication:
Regular communication will be maintained through communication channels such as email, Zoom, etc.. Response time for emails/messages is within 30 mins.
5. Revisions:
as much as possible revisions are included in the agreed-upon fee. Additional revisions will be subject to an additional fee to be determined.
6. Confidentiality:
All information shared during the course of this project will be treated as confidential and not disclosed to third parties.
7. Copyright and Ownership:
Upon full payment, Nelson David retains the copyright for all content created. Until full payment, ownership remains with Nelson David, and the client may not use the content.
8. Termination:
Either party may terminate this agreement with 7 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.
9. Legal Jurisdiction:
This agreement is governed by the laws of Freelancers. Any disputes will be resolved through amicable negotiation, and if necessary, legal action will be taken inFreelancers.
