Started as a pastime some 10 years ago, currently freelancing but intend to make this full-time occupation! I am a native Swahili speaker, with a proven ability to translate (and / or proofread) content from English to Swahili languages (and vice versa). I can also do transcription of audio/multimedia content as well as content writing in English and Swahili languages. I am proficient in all Microsoft Office apps; and Memsource, Smartcart & XTM Editor CAT tools. I have also donated jobs for free working for Translators Without Borders (TWB) using their Kato platform - more than 1800 words donated to non-profit organisations.
