I am a graduate from the University of Technology in Jamaica with a Bs.c in IT and a minor in networking. During my Time at the university, I was introduced to other aspects of computing such as programming (C, C++, VBA & Java), web development, database administration and software development. This gives me a strong base in all aspects of computing

My IT career began long before university as I worked as technical support for several government agencies for nearly 2 years. The job included tasks such as managing the users, devices and functionality of the network itself.

Recently, I went into the customer care field for over a year, my experience in technical support made it an effortless switch. I worked for one of the largest telecommunication companies in the Caribbean, Digicel.

My natural aptitude for anything IT related make assimilating new information easy and an ideal candidate for a company seeking an innovative, hard-working and dynamic employee.
