• Payment Structure: For new clients or larger productions, a 50% upfront deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery of the final approved assets.
• Revisions: Includes up to 2 rounds of standard revisions during the post-production/editing phase to ensure the final product perfectly aligns with your brand standards.
• Communication: Preferred communication through Contra messages, email, or scheduled video consultations (Zoom/Google Meet) for creative brief alignments.
• Availability: Flexible hours tailored to project shoot schedules, including readiness for travel.
