I am a Fresh Graduate from SMKN 3 Bekasi City majoring in Hospitality with great passion and hope to be able to have a career in the Hospitality Industry. During school I was active in the Youth Red Cross organization for 3 years of schooling, where I served as the administrator of the Public Relations section in the second year of school and served as Chair/Leader of the Youth Red Cross in my final year of school.
I have an internship experience at Hotel Holiday Inn Cikarang Jababeka for 6 months as a F&B team (waitress, bqt, cashier etc) and Fo team (Guest Service Center) where when I was in the F&B dept. I was responsible for matters relating to restaurants. Likewise when I was in the FO dept. I have a responsibility for the comfort of hotel guests when they have complaints or when they need other assistance and any helps.
I am looking for opportunities to be able to contribute further in a similar industry, so I could apply my knowledge also my interests and gain more experience and I hope I can hone my potential to work better in a team.
