MLOps Engineer | AI Automation & Fine-tuning Specialist
I'm an MLOps and AI Automation specialist with a strong engineering background. I don't just write code — I build systems that work reliably in production.
My expertise covers the full cycle: from training models and fine‑tuning LLMs to deploying them on Kubernetes, automating pipelines with Airflow, and integrating AI into business processes through RAG systems with Qdrant.
Why I do this:
I've always been fascinated by how algorithms can solve real business problems, not just academic ones. That's why I focus on production‑ready solutions — because a model that stays in a notebook doesn't help anyone.
What sets me apart:
I combine ML expertise with DevOps practices — I can build, deploy, and maintain everything myself
I communicate clearly and deliver on time
I handle complex technical challenges so you don't have to
Outside of work:
I'm constantly exploring new AI tools, contributing to open‑source projects, and staying up to date with the latest in MLOps, LLMs, and cloud infrastructure.
Available for projects in: MLOps, AI Automation, ML Fine‑tuning, RAG systems, DevOps, Kubernetes, CI/CD.
Work Terms
Hours of Operation
I work Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (UTC+3). I'm flexible and can adjust to your timezone if needed — just let me know. I respond to messages within 12 hours during working days.
Payment Terms
I prefer Fixed Price projects with clear milestones. Each milestone has a delivery date and a price — this keeps everything transparent and ensures we both know exactly what's expected.
For new clients, I require the first milestone funded in SafePay before work begins. This protects both of us: you know your funds are secure, and I know the budget is there.
Grace Period: 14 days after invoice.
Minimum Budget: $500.
Communication
I use Guru's WorkRoom for all project communication — it keeps everything in one place and maintains a clear history. For urgent matters, I'm also available via Telegram. I believe regular updates and clear communication are key to a successful project.
Scope & Changes
I define the scope of work clearly before starting. If you need to add or change requirements during the project, we'll discuss it and adjust the agreement accordingly. Additional work will be priced separately.
Quality & Delivery
I deliver clean, documented code and make sure everything works in production. I'll keep you updated on progress and ask questions if anything is unclear — better to clarify early than to fix later.
