I am an agile enthusiast who is very passionate about delivering customer-centric solutions which lead to strong business outcomes and make customers' experiences truly memorable.

Over the years, I have held different work positions with high responsibilities and this is attributed to the fact that I am reliable and very consistent in what I do. As a professional, I have demonstrated that I can work creatively and analytically in a high paced-environment, grasp new concepts quickly, work ethically and collaboratively in a team environment as well independently to deliver business outcomes. Both in my professional and personal life, what makes me win is my dedication and passion - when I purpose to do something, I ensure that I get it done and I give it my all.
In 2016 when I was new to the role of Business Analyst, I was assigned a project as the lead analyst. I led requirements elicitation, oversaw 4 other Business Analysts, and managed a team of about 30 testers. By collaborating with different teams and external partners, we delivered the project within the set timelines and met the user requirements.
In January 2021, I transitioned to a new team and within 3 months, I had grasped what needed to be done and managed to achieve the set targets, including delivering the set business revenue target (103% achieved), improved NPS by 2 points, reduced call center demand, and improved customer retention. I was able to achieve this by taking time to understand the product portfolio, collaborating with different stakeholders to come up with initiatives, and creating good working relationships with the delivery teams.
As an Agile Coach, I have been able to contribute to the success of the teams I am working with by investing in them through coaching to improve performance; motivating them and creating a safe environment where everyone feels fully engaged.
When I am not doing office work, I take spend some time in my garden - I find gardening rejuvenating and the feeling of watching my garden transform from bare crops to thriving plants is so satisfying. This is also my small way of positively contributing to the environment.
