• 10.9 Yrs. of experience in UX/Visual Design, Usability, UCD.
• Creating Prototypes, Understanding of User Acceptance Testing process
• Creating User Personas, User Study, Competitive Analysis, User/Task flows, use cases, Story boarding, low & high fidelity prototypes.
• Usability Testing, Mind maps, card-sorting, Heuristic Evaluation
• Client Interactions (US, UK, Canada, China) for understanding requirements, Discussion on Thinking Process, bugs, requirement analysis & contributing to system study and analysis.

• Attended Extreme Project Management- Kent Beck's Workshop organized by Thought Works.
• Negotiating design solutions with clients, management, sales and production staff.
• Onsite experience for 1 month in UK.
• Very Good Understanding of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Coral. Good eye on Logo Design, Icons Design, Brochure/Banner Design, web pages / landing pages, email, mobile site and apps, Product Screen design, etc.
• Experience in corporate branding, layout, and typography in digital media
• Team Management: Assigning tasks to team members with excellent organizational skills including time management, planning, hitting deadlines.
