I am a qualified translator/interpreter with a Bachelor of Urdu Language. I am thus seeking an opportunity to use my language skills in a role that utilises my excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
For the past year I have worked as a translator for the passport Office in Kabul, Afghanistan. And having been a leader for the foreign students during my university years, I have experience of working with people of different nationalities.
I am completely fluent in written and spoken English and French and received high distinction in all my language courses. With a passion for languages I am also learning Persian (Farsi), Dari and Pushto. I really enjoy to showcase my skills whether it is in spoken or written form. I am an extremely hard-working, responsible worker who enjoys working in a team as well as autonomously. Thus I consider myself to be ideally suited to this role.
Along with languages, I am computer literate and also familiar with web designing languages such as HTML, CSS and Javascript.
