i am Ntombifuthi, i am a motivated individual. having to take care of myself from a very young age has taught me to be hard-working and to always work to the best of my ability.
i have worked in call centres as a sales agent and as a customer service executive. i have also worked for Spinvox, which is a transcription programme where you listen to voicemails from australian business people and you type every word that you hear.
my working experience has equipped me with excellent listening skills, telephone etiquette and great typing skills. in addition to my qualities i am loyal, trustworthy and eager to learn new things.
Work Terms
i'm not choosy on working terms, i can work hourly or daily. i prefer notifications via cellphone but if that is not possible an email is ok.
