Work Terms

I am available from Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM (GMT+1). I respond to all messages within 24 hours, and I value clear communication, punctuality, and attention to detail in every project.

I offer translation, proofreading, editing, and subtitling services between French and English. Each project is handled with care and tailored to the client’s needs. I provide regular updates during the process and remain available for questions before, during, and after delivery.

Regarding payment, all transactions are processed securely through Guru. For short tasks (under 3 days), payment is required upon delivery. For longer or more complex projects, a 30% deposit may be requested at the start. My rates are flexible and based on the nature of the task.

I maintain a professional and friendly communication style, mainly through Guru messaging. Each job includes at least one free revision, as long as it remains within the original scope of work. My top priority is client satisfaction.
