I’m Nurul Aida, a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant and Project Coordinator from Malaysia with over 7 years of combined academic and practical experience in office management, business technology, and project coordination.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Technology Management (Honours) and a Diploma in Office Management and Technology. My background has equipped me with strong skills in administrative support, proposal writing, online bidding, document preparation, data entry, and client communication.

I have hands-on experience supporting projects through planning, coordination, documentation, and follow-ups, and I’m comfortable working with tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Canva.
