My typical project workflow includes:
Analyzing client needs and production processes
Developing mechanical concepts and 3D designs using Autodesk Inventor or SolidWorks
Creating detailed manufacturing drawings and BOMs
Designing custom robotic grippers (for pick & place, clamping, welding, etc.)
Integrating conveyors, fixtures, and supporting mechanisms
Collaborating with automation and electrical teams for complete system integration
Providing on-site support for installation and commissioning
