Work Terms
✅ Communication & Availability
OccuPros maintains clear, proactive, and responsive communication with our clients. We are typically available Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM CST.
✅ Payment Terms
Fixed-price Projects:
We typically request a 25%-50% upfront deposit, depending on project scope, with milestone-based payments scheduled throughout the duration of the engagement. Remaining payments are due upon completion and client approval of final deliverables.
Hourly Engagements:
Hourly projects are invoiced weekly or bi-weekly. Timesheets and task logs are provided transparently, with payments due promptly upon invoice receipt.
Recruitment and Placement Services:
Recruitment services fees are generally based on a percentage (10%-20%) of the successfully placed candidate’s first-year salary, payable upon hiring.
✅ Revisions & Satisfaction Guarantee
Client satisfaction is paramount. OccuPros provides clear, structured milestones and regular checkpoints for client review and approval. Unless otherwise specified, two rounds of revisions are included at no additional charge to ensure deliverables fully meet client expectations. Significant scope changes or additional revision requests beyond the initial agreement may incur additional fees.
✅ Turnaround Time
Turnaround times vary based on project complexity and scope. Estimated timelines will be clearly defined at project initiation and included within our agreed-upon milestones. Rush services may be available upon request and subject to additional fees.
✅ Cancellation & Refund Policy
If a client needs to cancel a project before completion, we request immediate written notification. Clients will be invoiced fairly for work completed up to the cancellation date. Deposits are non-refundable once project work has commenced, except in special cases mutually agreed upon by both parties.
