Work Terms

1. Scope of Work: The scope of work includes any necessary required items needed to get the project done.

2. Timeline:
a. I agree to deliver any services within the agreed-upon timeline.
b. Delays caused by the Client, including late payment or failure to provide necessary materials, may result in an extension of project timelines.

3. Communication:
a. The Clients and I will maintain open and regular communication through messages, and other Communication Channels.
b. Response time for both parties will be between 08:00 am-10:00 pm every day

4. Revisions and Edits:
a. The Client is entitled to 3 rounds of revisions or edits, provided they are requested within the specific time frame of project completion.
b. Additional revisions beyond the specified limit may incur extra charges.

5. Ownership and Confidentiality:
a. Any content or creative assets created as part of the services shall be owned by the Client upon full payment.
b. Both parties agree to keep all project-related information and materials confidential.

6. Termination:
a. Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term or condition.
b. In the event of termination, the Client shall pay the Freelancer for work completed up to the date of termination.
