Work Terms
1. Delivery Time
Standard tasks (typing up to 5 pages, data entry up to 50 rows) will be completed within 24–48 hours.
Larger projects will have delivery times agreed upon before starting.
2. Revisions / Edits
I offer up to 2 free revisions to ensure your satisfaction.
Additional revisions may incur a small extra fee depending on scope.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is required via Guru SafePay or as agreed before starting the task.
Work will begin once payment terms are confirmed.
4. Scope of Work
Services include typing, data entry, document formatting, spreadsheet creation, and basic virtual assistance.
Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.
5. Communication
I am available via Guru messages for updates or clarifications.
I respond to messages within 12 hours on weekdays.
6. Cancellation Policy
If a project is canceled after work has started, payment for completed work will be required.
Any partially completed tasks can be delivered if requested.
7. Confidentiality
All documents and information provided by the client will be kept strictly confidential.
