Availability:
Open to project-based work and monthly retainers. Typical response time is within 24 business hours.
Project Scope:
Each project begins with a clearly defined scope covering features, platforms, and deliverables. Requests outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote.
Pricing & Payments:
Minimum project budget applies
Fixed-price projects preferred
50% upfront to begin, 50% upon completion
Monthly retainers billed in advance
Revisions:
Up to 2 reasonable revisions included per project. Additional changes may incur extra charges.
Timeline:
Most chatbot projects are delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on complexity and client responsiveness.
