I`m an award-winning executive, ex-banker and a founder/CEO of two high-growth tech startups. Nowadays, I also help other founders and companies to figure out the non-obvious ways to build capacity for explosive growth in revenue and capitalization, to raise funds, eliminate stress and missteps. My involvement will make a guaranteed impact on any ambitious project with aggressive goals.
Recent successes helped me shift from a CEO role to work on a high-level strategy in the Board of my Israeli deep tech startup Carpe Diem Solutions. The company was nominated a "Top Innovator" by The World Bank 5 months ago. I`ve completed a corporate restructuring which helped me raise a seed round with attractive terms in just 3 months, and the previous pre-seed round ($0.5m) was closed within 2 weeks in 2019. We`ve built a unique tracking & positioning technology leveraging our R&D within 16 months and bringing a powerful product for the community of 3D developers. Our advisers and investors were impressed by our business model (SaaS/hard/marketplace) and 36% average m-o-m growth in pre-sales and expansion into 7 geographies.
Also this year, I`ve bootstrapped my Boston based startup GeoStorm Technology which develops an AI solution for extreme weather recognition. GeoStorm became a MassChallenge Boston Accelerator finalist in 2020 and established a few strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies including R&D collaboration and commercialized technology licensing.
Previously, I spent 2 years as an investment banker in the UK raising over $40 million for early stage high-tech and fin tech startups. Before that, I held the position of a wealth manager for 4 years in Dragon Capital co-owned by Goldman Sachs.
I worked closely with the teams of McKinsey, Roland Berger and Bain on operational improvements in portfolio companies, M&A and portfolio strategy of Smart-Holding, a billion dollar company from Europe with 100,000+ of employees and my P&L responsibility over $150M.
