I'm a Ruby on Rails professional based in Berlin, Germany. I've worked for various startups here and am now freelancing, mostly because the coffee is better at home.
I started working full time with Rails in 2011 and haven't looked back since! Given the choice when starting a new project, I use Rails 4 with PostgreSQL, Coffeescript, AngularJS, Rspec, SASS and HAML. I am also extremely comfortable with jQuery, older versions of Rails (with experience down to 2.3 and the ability to go further if desired), HTML, AJAX, and Javascript.
I love git and made a gem for one of my previous employers (since downloaded nearly 19,000 times - redmine_stagecoach is its name) adding github/pivotal tracker issue tracking to any git project, as well as automating the merge and deploy process.
